To fulfill our mission, DILA relies on a combination of funding sources, including fee-for-service contracts with State agencies, grants from private foundations, generous contributions from individuals and businesses and fundraising events. Ongoing program supports are funded by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration, the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services and Delaware Divisions of Vocational Rehabilitation. These supports fund our Residential Supports, a portion of our Advocacy Program and our Employment and Supportive Employment Program services. All other programs and services are funded through private grants and individual contributions.
